Hello my name is will, but as nickname is go by persecon or pers.
I had started my journey since the beginning of 2022. First I fixed my bad health habits, first I dropped sodas and liquors, then switch for only water, after that I tried to fix my eating habits, like overeating, then started on a routine (drinking 3 bottles of water per day). Took me 4 months to really get that fixed. Then decided to start adding a strict diet. I’ve tried fasting (works but not fast enough) so I decided to try between that and omad. Saw some results but I needed more help, that’s when I joined the FatSecret community. Once I started counting my calories I saw faster weight loss. I’m on a current low carb diet, medium to high fat, high to mid protein , a little above keto. With a calorie intake of 900-1500 intake. My RDI is 2400. I make sure to eat rich nutrients food that contribute to my sodium, potassium and magnesium intake. I also take vitamin supply. There are side effects but am pushing myself to loose weight for the sake of my health. I work out 4-5 days a week until I reach my goal.
