Do you exercise when you are on your monthly period??? Serious question... Need some serious answer.

It is my first week in the gym! Feels good!
I met with a personal trainer... He suggested workouts that will resolve the back pain I am experiencing whenever I am doing a workout. Also building a plan to get my goal. Am excited... Though its very expensive :(

I had my 2nd vaccine yesterday! I feel my arms are sore and fatigue.. I plan to go to gym but....

Everytime I weigh in my self i got a little nervous... Today I have a fluctuating. 0.5kg on my weight which sounds small but every 0.5kg will accumulate.. I got dissatisfied and disappointed but I also learn to take things as it is.. Accept the current status and learn to wake up again.. I also observe that lack of sleep turns my weight up... I think its because of water retention.. I did not binge eat though... But lack of rest reduces the capacity of the body to burn fat.
