I've caught my self sliding off the wagon 👀
while I have kept on track with my intake the foods I have been eating are complete trash! so we decided to start getting hello fresh (for a couple of other reasons too) so I'm looking forward to eating decent dinners that actually have vegetables 🤣 I also came to the upsetting realisation that boot camp is going to be super hard tomorrow because I've been slack with the exercise. it's self inflicted so don't feel to bad for me haha.

bit of a weird week this week. kind of lost in my own head. haven't been eating the best (sticking to my intake goal, but eating trash). working on my soul a bit and learning guitar ☺️ trying hard with the exercise thing still but maaaan 🙄 week isn't over so can still jam in some more exercise so it'll be all good. hope everyone ones doing well 🥰

went above and beyond my weekly goal last week of 6 days exercise and did 7!
then kicked of this week by taking the neighbours wee boy for a walk to get our kids from school (about a 2km round trip) then smashed out some swimming and whirlpooling this arvo. besides sore eyes I'm a box of fluffies 😊 ... I have genuinely surprised myself.

Starting to get a little bit pissed off. I've been busting my ass this week and sticking to my new intake and not a single change on the scale 🤬
I mean I know it's not going to happen straight away but this is just frustrating and discouraging 🙄😒
