Went to be in the audience at a local tv show. It was super fun! Then my roomie and his sister wanted to go to red robin. I wasn't going to eat bc i usually fast until later but i decided to, as it seemed it might be rude not to. Although a place like that is in general my kryptonite, i feel i did well.

They now have the calories posted and THAT was super helpful! They also have added "bottomless side salad" (and bottomless broccoli) to the menu. I got a small burger that still had many toppings a stronger woman would have left off, plus bottomless side salad. I cut the burger in half, and ate that and two servings of side salad. and yes, ok, i did have 2 or 3 of their "bottomless fries" but it all came out pretty reasonable. This is the kind of thing i have gotten completely derailed by in the past, so this is progress!
