Mental hunger getting to me today. In physical pain after this meal. Way more than I feel comfortable with.
They also looking at day centre meal support, which means travel and after school care for the kids, not what I want at all. Also be on 1000cals more than today. Had an appointment this week. Not what I wish at all.
