Tapping out on fast 24 hours earlier than planned. No problems (besides hunger, but that always passes), just decided to refeed earlier in prep for a pre-planned long run first thing Saturday morning. I'd also like to discuss fasting with the doc next month before going longer than 72 hours as well.
