Tapping out on fast 24 hours earlier than planned. No problems (besides hunger, but that always passes), just decided to refeed earlier in prep for a pre-planned long run first thing Saturday morning. I'd also like to discuss fasting with the doc next month before going longer than 72 hours as well.
74.2 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
