What's the base you have there exactly? Noticed it in a few of your recent posts, I'm sure it's an omelette of sorts but what's the prep?

Egg, water, ground LSA, psyllium husk, ground almonds, cheese, avocado oil, little bit mixed herbs, sometimes will add some desiccated coconut, then all mix together, pan fried it.
