Well, things are going very well. I've got four days of Keto under my belt now, and I'm four pounds down for the week. FOr the past 3 days, I've been able to keep my calories under 2,000 which, at my weight, is low enough to still lose. Though the challenge goal is only 6 cups of water a day, I've been drinking 7-8 cups, so I'm really happy about that - especially coming from NO water. Enjoying the healthy foods and haven't mourned the loss of bread and sweets. I'm SOOOO glad to be back!

Oh Debbie, I love you so much and am so glad you are "back". Staying away from bread products and sweets is the best thing you could do for yourself. I am thrilled for you. As your body adjusts, I hope most of the desire for them lessens. It is hard to stay away, but I pray for your strength and determination. Thank you Lord, for helping Debbie! There are so, so many of us here that stand in support of you. Your new start encourages me to stick with it the best I can. We are stronger together. And individually we are "stronger" without sweets and bread! Please, please stick with it. I am rooting for you.
