Learning some cooking from him; I always try my best to get away from cooking 🙈🙈 (I am terrible in kitchen and he is bossy & tempered in kitchen) 😂😂🤣🤣

Yeah unfortunately I’m the same way in the kitchen I like controlling everything in it. But I’m training myself to be a little calmer these days. Just cook on days when he’s not home. But I think you’re a great cook I’ve seen your stuff.

Urmilashrestha, helllo..may i know how long dod it take you to lose that amount of weight and how many calories have you been taking in that period..I really need some inspiration and guidance : )

@ taenus : I am in FS for quite long I would say; I started on 23rd July 2018 with 60 kgs (my height is only 145cm); starting days, I Tried to maintained 1000 calories per day with minimal exercise like walking; I lost 10 kgs within 3 months then slowly lost till 45 kgs and maintained this weight till around November/December 2019. Then I left tracking my calories and stopped weighing as well. In June 2020, I weighed my weight coz I was feeling heavy for a while and found I reached 50 kgs again 😂😁. So, started tracking calories again but now I try to maintain around 2000 calories per day with some workouts. For now I have managed to loose 3 kgs so far and stuck at 47 kgs 😁😁🙈🙈 But will continue exercise and tracking calories; not giving up until I reach 45 kgs again 🥰😍

Urmilashrestha, thank you so much for sharing your experience..you really were very consistent.. sometimes I feel like I'll never lose weight & give up..but this time using FS for the first time I'm hoping to stick to it : )

please stick around; it's not easy to loose weight (been there for longtime) and it's completely possible - most important thing is 'to be honest to yourself'; each one of us will have different metabolism so we loose weight at different level; from my experiment on myself, i found i lost weight more when I consume more percentage of protein than carbs. track your loosing weight pattern and find out whether you can eat more protein or carbs or healthy fat; You Can Do It! 😊😊
