Pretty good day, got to try cut out the sweet things. I start off with 1 thing and just keep going. Don't know what to replace it with, fruit doesn't do it.

natural yoghurt with a bit of cinnamon on top is great at curbing the sugar thoughts :) - and a nice herbal tea can help - there's also some great alternative treat recipes using low carb, low sugar ingredients. :)
