Finally got my new fancy scales and my old ones were wrong by a lot so I’ve gone up. I’m not upset though I still lost the amount of weight I did, it was just slight different start and current numbers.

Still on the way to 74 kilos! Feel like now I have the new scale this will be the new start didn’t feel much point when I couldn’t check weight. So back to keeping my diary. Hope everyone else is doing well over the holiday !

86.2 kg Lost so far: 63.8 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
