Fasted 15 hours and trying to get back on track with IF. Pretended I went to an old fashioned diner. Comfort food. Meatloaf, baked potato and veggies, plus scrambled eggs with onions and cream cheese. Added a little relish plate and some cottage cheese.

TY fs friends. I actually think it tasted better than it looked. Ty also for the pep talks. My problem is I have a crappy long game. I told my roommate I need to expand my timeline for working out bc I get so sore, and he said the timeline is the rest of your life, which irritated me bc he is right.

RM is right. Jen, I get that you probably would like it better if things could speed up, especially since you've done it before, I was feeling the same, but as long as you are still heading in the right direction you know you're doing well. Those frustrating thoughts will come and go, until we finally figure out that they don't have a place in getting us where we want to be. Focus on what you're are and have accomplished and more forward. Foward Too The Blue! ➡️✌D💙
