Fasted 21 hours. Had big breakfast for dinner: omelet with sharp cheddar and jalapenos, brown Spanish rice, taco meat (for enchiladas i am making tomorrow) pinto beans, cauliflower hash browns, avocado, salsa, sour cream, Louisiana hot sauce and low cal tortillas. It was super good!

They are from whole foods and the brand is called strong roots. They are good, but expensive and still pretty caloric. I enjoyed them but probably won't repurchase. My roommate loves the hashbrown patties like McDonald's has, so in future I will probably just try to eat one of his (instead of my customary three 🤣🤣🤣).

do you often fast for 21 hours? I'm curious bc I just started IF on a 18/6 and I'm interested in trying 24 hours but those extra 6 hours sound kind of daunting!

Thank you, everyone! I have grown very fond of tacos and eggs. It was good! earth mama, I try to intermittent fast most days. I started in 2018 doing 16 hours. Now I usually try to do 20-22 hours a day and just one meal a day (OMAD). I have a bad problem with late-night snacking and munching. I have no problem waiting to eat, but stopping is a problem for me. I would ultimately like to do 2 ~42 hour fasts per week, but I am not there yet.

I also meant to mention that I put how many hours I fast each day here because I have a really difficult time remembering! I tried an app but it just made me anxious.
