Fasted only 15 hours. I had my second bun salad and a black bean burger with sriracha mayo, which I am pretty sure is my favorite condiment ever. Planning for this to be omad. Please wish me luck and send a good thought my way today, FS fam. I am starting a very part time job today. It is for a caterer and food truck. I got out of a really toxic work environment a couple of years ago and now I am a freelance writer and editor. I haven't worked in restaurants since my 20s. I am looking for something to get me out of the house and earning a few bucks with a different part of my brain. But I am nervous.

I have a couple friends who freelance. Treat it as a job, including standing firm on payments, and you'll do just fine.
