Fasted 18 hours. What can I say? All day yesterday I was just craving diner hangover food. Because I was a wee bit hungover. So I made a black bean burger with bacon, lettuce and tomato (a BBBBLT) with Sriracha mayo and Cajun hashbrowns, which are hashbrowns, red bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, hollandaise sauce and cayenne pepper. TOTALLY hit the spot. I also made biscuits and had two with strawberry jam.

Hopefully this will satisfy me and I can get back down to business now...

Looks delicious and satisfying. I wish I could see the biscuits and jam, too, because I'm eating vicariously through you 'cause this is a fasting day for me.
