Wood-fired Lamb "Quad" Steak▪️Grilled Caesar Salad▪️Grilled Peaches, Poblanos & Summer Squash▪️Tomatoes & Garlic Vinagrette▪️Potato Salad

"Quad" Steak is the best way I know to describe how I butchered this Lamb Leg to get this jewel. Super tender🐑😋
