when I first start losing weight I do it every 3 days. once I start gaining muscle then maybe once a week. it's better to measure your arms and legs etc..because you could lose an inch and the scales won't move 😁

I think in the morning first thing after using the toilet to keep consistance record. You will see if you eat a fatty heavy meal the scale will go up the next day. So it will keep you motivated. To keep ontrack and adjust calories based on the scale

I used to weigh every morning but my weight fluctuates so much the scales were a bit of a dampner to my motivation...decided i will now weigh every Tues for a month and see how i go from there, but I will take on Emma358 advice and measure my arms and legs...
