Fasted 44 hours. Broke the fast with a yummy veggie scramble, light English muffin and a salad. I roasted the veggies earlier in the week so it was all very simple and satisfying. I made myself a patty melt and fries at work, so I may have some later if I want.

PS: My roommate is working all day in the home office so I made him some cheesy eggs and snuck them in. Win win.
