Finding it really very hard to find the ‘middle ground’ and maintain my weight. So easy to overeat on rubbish food.

I binge eat like crazy if I don't work little treats into my calorie allowance, have you tried working things into your daily meals? ... the saying balanced diet is legit, I thought it was just bs mad up to stop bigger people eating junk 🤣

I just don’t buy the rubbish food it’s my only solution.. I do also buy a treat a week and save it for the day I most want to indulge the rest of the time my snacks are apples, marinated tofu, or some oat cups

I'm a weekend binger - still on the guilt roundabout trying o find a healthy balance. I'm with Pancakesquabble though trying to budget in some treats :)
