For years I have struggled with my weight, after I had my son in 2012 we would walk everywhere and I ended up losing 30kg! since then I've gained all the weight back and some (my heaviest being 117kg). I remember it was so easy back then and put it down to being so young ... that my body just knew how to bounce back. But now I'm realizing that it's me thats making it harder for myself this time round, in the past 6 months I've been very lucky to have the support of an amazing man and we are working on getting healthy together. In that time I have gone from insane 1200cal intake to binge eating because let's face it 1200 is hardly sustainable right!? This morning has been an ah-ha moment (even though I really always new the answer 😂🙄) my key is casual strolls added in to my day. I used to go ham with my walks but back then I had a low activity job, now I'm in a relatively active job. My goal is to go for at least a 20min walk every day, and on Sunday I am going to do a 4.5km walk 😊
