I went for another round of toucher last night (a run) and came to the conclusion that I'm probably being a bit too ambitious with it 🤣 might take it down a notch and work on brisk walking ... maybe kath and Kim style ... who knows 😂. Will help make this easier physically and mentally I think ... at the moment I feel like people who see me running see one of those water log blob things from the $2 shop that we had as kids in the 90s 🤣
On a more positive note, it hit me this morning that I'm so close to double digits! this is the smallest Ive been in about 7 years 🥰
