hit 11.2 kg over festive season. Will wear hobby glasses/ reading glasses when eating as makes plate look very large and we do eat with our eyes.

hey pluckedoff. thanks for sharing. I've been on a similar journey and got too shamed to re engage. but I'm back - with 10 of the kg I had lost. my lower back giving me death. I look forward to your progress updates! 👍
