burnt just shy of 14500kj today and I feel surprisingly good. boot camp was hard work but I think I'll make a regular appearance.

my mind set is shifting and I had an "ah-ha" moment earlier today, I realised I have been unknowingly self sabotaging... Ive been eating extra on the days I go ham because I "feel like I've earned it" in a way. while I've never gone over what I've burnt in a day it, it certainly slows down progress right? I'm excited to see how things go when I do it right 🤣
