well, this weekend brought an unexpected surprise 🤣 we ended up with an amazing 9 month old beardie x staffy and maaaan what a handsome guy!! we went out for our very first walk this at 6:30 😳 this morning but ugggh I'm in love. my step count has already sky rocketed and we will be going for a walk tonight too 😊

My dog is a rescue and he is such a huge motivator for me! His excitement when he sees me when I come home makes me feel so good! Go you!

Yea my boy is a rescue too 🥰
He was kept in a kennel and run his whole life, we have had him for almost two weeks and the majority of my anxiety is gone and I have mellowed out as a parent. My steps have gone through the roof because we walk him morning and night. Just last week I walked 66km further that the previous. I'm so glad we got him, he has brought us so much joy

We have three dogs and I walk them a minimum of twice a day. More if working from home. Our Siamese cat comes too! 😁
Great motivator for exercise. Having horses again also keeps me busy outside also instead of milling about the kitchen in boredom.
