Not breaking my fast just yet (20 hours), but I have been on such a Caesar salad kick lately! I liked them before, but they weren't my go-to. But lately I am eating them almost daily. I add chickpeas and broccoli and carrots and skip the hard boiled eggs. I also cut the dressing with fat-free Italian.

Also, I made a chicken/quinoa/wild rice hotdish that came out absolutely ridiculous. I was trying to copycat a fancy grocery store (Lunds/Byerly's) here's deli version but I gotta say, mine came out even better. All the dang snow is making my tummy clock think it is fall.
