I made homemade hummus. I have failed at it in the past, but I found a new recipe and a little 3-cup food processor, and this came out so great. Light and luscious. I had a big scramble and some pita bread and baby carrots to go with it for breakfast, lol.

That looks good - "wearing glasses to cook" - I never thought of it before though there are several times that I had to wear my glasses to eat - only because I could not see my food......BUT actually using glasses to cook - What a concept!!! I will try that.

Thank you, chemogirl! What I spend on store bought is criminal. CrystalJo, I got rid of my big food processor and generally do everything by hand, but hummus and falafel were impossible. This one is very compact and was around $20. With my hummus bill it will pay for itself in a couple of months, lol. Lol Jergens, I meant glasses for taking and selecting the photos, but also I need my glasses to read packages and recipes these days too! It is nice to be able to see!
