Thanks for all the support today's weight in has me down 44 lbs! This is deffintly the best shape I've been in in my life but I'm still not quite where I want to be body fat wise. I'm going to need to re adjust my weight goal again but im really hoping 6 more lbs and the rest of the belly fat and what's left in the chest will be gone. But the reality is I have no clue what it will actually take and I've been wrong on that number at least 3 times already. But I will keep adjusting and putting in the work! This app has been a game changer for hitting my goals and being able to eat a variety of foods instead of sticking completely to a highly restrictive diet

Thanks chume gave me a good laugh. I showed the pics to some family members that I see regularly just with a shirt on and half of them still don't think the pictures are real. I guess i must be doing something right when people question If it's actually you in a picture!
