stuck home doing zoom training for work for the 2nd day in a row im use to being on the road and moving aroundso ive been getting the step count up by running up and down 2 flights of stairs w/ a 20lb vest and 20 lb ball gotta beat yesterdays 80 flights

Work Training is done for the day and i got 90 flights in on my breaks just now having the realization of how crazy it is that just 4 and a half months ago I was carrying the same 40 pounds plus 5 more in fat weight on my body everyday!
