had a 3 day weekend of bad foods and alcohol which has costed me to add more onto the scale weigh in, this morning i went gym and done a 45mins of hardcore circuit training. after i finished my circuit training drenched in sweat, one of the gym members approached me and asked if i was a trainer and if she could join me tomorrow, i was stoked and said to her im not a professional trainer but do join me to do circuit training where i have 6 stations set up and can go from there. It brighten up my mood after knowing what my weekend crap was to knowing i will be training with another person at the gym

Nice work at the gym alcohol is a killer for me cutting out alcohol has really helped my weight loss it efforts axtually give me anythibg anyway
