Try not to push yourself too hard at the start. You kind of sound like you are doing so much all at once. I found a gradual uptake making some goals, seeing what I could do with little effort and then increasing the amount every other week. It let me not burn myself out which I tend to do I go all in and then get exhausted. It also let my body and muscles adjust to the exercise and my metabolism because increasing exercise massively will give you lots of aches, pains and ravenous hunger. I followed my Fitbit advice and added 1000 steps every 2 weeks and now I sit around 10000-14000 a day and do some other exercises but I built up over 18 months. You are doing great by the way 👏🏻👏🏻

you're an inspiration. I have ms so exercise isn't easy but I do what I can. I have found that getting my sleep sorted helped a lot with feeling tired throughout the day. It turns out that I had been getting enough sleep but not enough deep sleep. Might be worth checking out? Anyway, well done on the work you are putting in😊

Very motivational. I'm trying so hard to get the walking in. I'm staying pretty steady with my weight and find recording continually what I eat good for motivation. When we first retired I grazed a lot in the kitchen cupboards but since recording what I eat I have lost over 10kgs. Plus exercise helps immensely. I haven't lost greatly over last 6 months but we are eating healthy so that's OK. Reading everyone's comments also motivates me. My bloods have improved so am pleased with that. Diabetes in our family so that's a driver as well. Thank you all for your motivating words. 👌
