Fasted 17 hours. Was going to wait but I am procrastinating working. Not my finest day. I made an egg, scallions, American cheese and salami sandwich. It was super good. For anyone who may be wondering, my roommate's mom gave us an industrial size can of baked beans. Of course he doesn't like them and I can't stand wasting food.

😂 I always buy the big can (not the village sized one but the regular big) I use about a 1/3 and freeze the rest. My kids only like eating a couple spoon fulls on their hotdogs.

That's smart, Dawnie! I should do that. I do like the beans, but pretty caloric to eat them all week!
