Fasted 16 hours. I was hungry! This is one of my all-time fave sandwiches: chicken, havarti, avocado, light mayo, lettuce, tomato and sunflower seeds on whole wheat bread. I think I may have invented it. I definitely have a "fat tooth." My hummus is no slouch either imho.
