Things are going fine. Still hovering in the 150-point-something range for the fourth day. That's okay. It'll come down eventually. Bought some cabbage yesterday and cooked it this morning. Mmmm, Buttered Cabbage! I went back to the store today because they didn't have any of the cherries that were supposed to be "on sale" (at $4.99/lb.) when I went yesterday. Got two hefty bags = $23-something! Oh well, I feel like I'm "worth" the money for healthy foods.

Overdid it at the pool yesterday, but didn't really get any exercise. I went in with my grandson, and he kept pushing off of me by kicking, and my knee is feeling it today. Still, the pain is only about 25% of what it was a few weeks ago (before I lost 8 pounds). I'm attempted to swim at the beginning of the season, and it's just too hard on my knees. At least I'm getting a good tan! (I think fat folks look better with a tan, don't you?)
