had a good gym day day 4 of 5 and then two days off i find i need to listen to regular audio bookson motivation to stayon point it really helps when i go for a walk in my breaks at work put the book on my work situation is full on a lot of covid and staff leaving puts pressure on eceryone else so you have to adapt am reviewing mqcros currently to find some hqcks to up my protein intake feeling satified with my efforts today

Did you manage to get any of the protein powder? One thing I do is make oat cups or pat bowls at home so you mix the cooked oats with yogurt fruit, scoop of protein powder, and fruit or nuts or whatever you want. You can also buy those protein yogurts in single serve at the supermarket they have 20-50 grams of protein a serv.

Outstanding advice thank you i will try all those things yes got some protein powder and some wholemeal oats put in a banana and some milk boom protein shake, i will try that yoghurt fruit and oats as well i have some greek yoghurt.
