Going back down so that’s good. I’ve settled at 1800 cals a day and that seems to be good with my level of activity. My Fitbit says I’m at BMR 2100-2300 most days so that’s putting me at around 200-500 deficit a day which seems healthy and workable to get me to my final goals. The only final goal is my new grey jeans that are a little too tight to button up. I need to update my measurements and photo soon. I’ve been doing a lot of squats and ab work and I think I’ve got some great results.
56.8 kg Lost so far: 93.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i admire your patience and mindful way you are going about getting the job done i am having a day off today the bliss of doing nothing...we i dud some de tiling in the kitchen didnt quite work out the way i saw it on youtube , lol, my mood is more upbeat with a few more calories i didnt realise i was getting quite reactive and intollerant did my assertiveness wonders lol so nice to see some sun i am enjoying the excercise bidy feels a bit sore in a giid way my cardio status is excellent i am sitting on 80k week 2 of 12 week challenge this week coming now thst i am a biy older and dare say mature i can understand the why,what,when and what do you do when you get a curve ball 🙂
