Fasted 22 hours. I am so lazy. I had the last of the cabbage soup, crunchy fish fillets, rice and peas, carrots and onion dip.

That soup makes me want to make cabbage soup!

Eggbeater, it came out so delicious, I am going to make more this weekend. Basically it's onion, garlic, a potato, tomatoes, V8, a can of white beans and two bags of coleslaw mix. I put in two chicken bouillon cubes and some seasoning. Cooked it in the instant pot for like 8 minutes. Easy peasy.
