Its Flex Friday and nobody has posted any pics to motivate me to keep pushing harder so I guess I will go ahead and do my first flex Friday post. There's been Lots of talk about squats lately so heres my 🦵 flex.... I just hope it doesn't end up next to Diablos post ftom yesterday on the feed at any point lol keep pushing forward everyone!

Your legs are perfect! Bigger does not equal better, whether it's fat or muscle. Think proportion and necessity for your lifestyle.

JustBananas thank you 😊. Bigger legs does mean more ski runs and longer distances mountain biking though so it's actually the most useful muscles I can work to grow bigger.
