I know you must be drooling waiting for the update so heres my lunch time update haha. jerkys going well needs a lot more time but there was one small peice that was ready and it was awesome. still cutting meat for the second batch and mixed up the hot marinade. Using dried hot peppers from my garden for that extra homemade got pepper kick!!

Oh man!!! That sounds like the best play date. Wish I was a kid again!! Yours will grow up appreciating you beyond words. Mine are grown now and are 23 and 20. I hate hooking up the generator because without fail as soon as I do the power comes back on hahahah 😜 but it looks like the estimated time for it to come back won't be for a long time so I just hooked it up and we're smoking again
