Weight back up again this morning, from 233.6 to 234.0. Calories yesterday were 1,526. Ended up not doing ANY of the things I said yesterday morning that I wanted to do, except I didn't have the extra toast in the morning. Had hot tea, had my nighttime toast with butter, had two snack-size pieces of candy. SIGH! The best-laid plans ...

Today, I've already had the extra half piece of toast with peanut butter. I'm already considering having a cup of hot tea. Bowels haven't been moving much. Have too many places to go today to risk eating a couple sugar-free candies to stimulate them, though.

Today will be an exceptionally busy day. At 9, will go to the bank, do a $5 job by taking two pictures at an electric vehicle charging station, will pick up three things from the store, and stop by CVS to use a $2 coupon that expires today. At 10:25, I have to leave home again to pick up my mother-in-law to take her to a dentist appointment. After I take her home (around 12) I will go to BJ's for a couple of things. Then at 2:55, I have to pick up my grand daughter from school and take her to her house (a one-hour "service" I do on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and every other Friday - she's really happy in this school though, so it's worth the extra effort and gas!)

Not sure when I'm going to fit lunch into that plan. Yesterday, we tried the General Tso's Chicken from BJ's. It was good, but there wasn't enough sauce in the packet. Going to buy a bottle of Tso sauce to go with the rest of that tomorrow. My husband also decided he wants me to cook some onions and broccoli florets to add to what's left. Should be good, but not time to do that all today. Will have leftover spaghetti I thawed today.

What I'd REALLY like to have today is Cracker Barrel Pecan Pancakes; but, we're out of gift cards, and I just got us lunch from CB on Saturday. It was $26, but we both ate for two days on our meal.

Making good progress on daily "stuff" this morning. I've got 55 more minutes to be productive before I start running errands. Post on FatSecret - check!

My weight was back up today also. The only offending thing I had to eat was 1/2 of a piece of pizza for dinner with coleslaw. Other than that I had leftover Bar-B-Que pork for brunch with some blackberries with nothing on them. That is it for the whole day, nothing else. Oh and a couple of sips of lemonade with Stevia, enough to take a couple of pills. I did have a diet coke when I took my crashed computer to the Geek Squad to have my files retrieved. I can barely eat anything or I gain. Of course, the Bar-B-Que sauce was high calorie.
