My goal for this week was to average between 1,350 and 1,450 calories daily and break my 17-week record low of 1,441 calories. I’ve eaten my last thing for the day, and my average works out to be 1,440!!! Hooray!

I’m hoping the low-calorie week will result in a two-pound loss on the scale tomorrow - 4/10 of a pound left to lose.

Even though I started out with zero energy and a hurting knee and back today, I was able to get in 1.3 miles of walking by doing just 2/10 of a mile at a time. Praising God for the victory!
