Trying to make the most of this experience So here's my full day of eating today on my lean Bulk how do the experts think I did as far as maximizing potential for health , muscle repair, glycogen replenishment, and workout energy? I think today was pretty good for all of these things. Tried getting most of my carbs from complex carb sources besides pre and post workout simple carbs.
macros 58 g fat 495g carb 191 g protein. 3078 calories.

Breakfast 626 cal
2 eggs 2 peices of whole wheat toast banana, apple , rice cake , 1 cup fiber one cereal.

Pre workout snack 382 cal
2 rice cake, 1 banana, 2 Tbs peanut butter

Post workout recovery 270 cal
1.5cups rice Krispies. 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup almond milk

Late lunch 921 cal
544g sweet potato done in air fryer, and 5.2ounce grilled chicken breast put in a lavish wrap with 2 cups of srping mix and tomato with some skinny girl dressing

Snack 90 calories granola bar

Dinner 789
5.7 ounce venison 125 dry grams of brown rice 389 g cauliflower cooked in air fryer

I hit the weights hard today and had maximum energy and was able to do 13 reps at 205 lbs for squats pretty damn happy with that effort.
Ps I'm so full right now 😆 no going to bed hungry tonight

Your dedication is amazing. It’s not easy to pivot as quickly as you have. I doubt there is anything you can’t be successful at.

Otb I see you very motivated, but keep in mind the time that elapsed until you get where you are, take it with a little measure, Rome was not made in a day, "give yourself time".😌

Supergainz1 thanks man appreciate the help. Workouts are deffintly already more fun and productive I thought I was pushing hard before but things are definitely way better now...

russellc64 thanks man I really appreciate that ! Honestly the mental hurdle of gaining fat back is still very much there but I'm still trying to do this knowing I can easily drop it off I certainly have the know how of exactly what to do to drop it. I have this blessing and curse of fully immerseing myself in everything I do and obsessing about it until i figure out everything there is to know about it and the best way to go about it. I deffintly wish I could turn it off sometimes but it has its upsides lol . I just don't have the ability to do anything half ass in me it's either full bore or not at all. Nice work again on your recent sucesses!!

MorticiaAddams thanks yeah I'm going a bit higher on the protein than I need to but it's In so much of the stuff I eat it just keeps adding up . But alittle too much isn't a bad thing in this case

With 3000 calories a day, you'd be hard pressed to not rack up some protein grams, even if you went full-fledged vegan. Sounds like you are on track for your goals, and I wish you success! 👍😁

writingwyo thanks and you would think I would have gained weight and not gone down .8 lbs today 😆 my body has leveled off at 154.2 it appears. I was very active yesterday with yard work and bringing all the outside tables and chairs to the basement. All about the trend line and want to put it on slow though so no adjustments too be made yet.
