#Squat Saturday 3 weeks has passed since my last SS post. Im getting stronger with every lifting session, have more energy, faster recovery time and lifting harder and heavier than ever. My weight gain has been stagnant though so maybe it's time to up my calories even more.

D_eatsCake2 hahaha ot looka like golfmarina types faster than you 🤣 think uou I'm giving this attempt at a bulk everything I've got I'm pushing very hard in the gym and loving the extra energy so far 😃

Redporchlady thank you 😊 I have messed around with all different foot positions and footwear choices and barefoot with my heals slightly elevated with my feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart just lines everything up perfectly for me to go as Low as I possibly want to go. It's slightly different for every person. Some people elevate there heals even higher than that but that made me feel more off balance and gave me no added benefits. Where as just flat on the ground didn't line me up perfectly either.

little_mermee no pictures then it didn't happen 😅 😆 next week !! The depth deffinitly took some trial and error to be able to go that low or lower even. I think it was Jeremey Ethier that has a YouTube video on how to find the perfect squat stance for you personally. I know I was too narrow and when I went wider and turned my feat out a bit more it was a game changer. Then ARE and Supergainz1 got me to try without shoes and that made a huge difference as well.

LivinBreezy yes I have lifting belt on . If I went to a commercial gym I would be laughed at I wear it 90 percent of the time when I'm lifting doesn't Mater the exercise I've had too many lower back issues to not wear one
