EXERCISE - In the Challenge Forum for next week's Daily Accountability 2022-#46 Challenge, I just posted three articles you might find helpful. They list all of the activities and exercises that FatSecret recognizes in three different intensity levels: Light, Moderate and Strenuous. Any FatSecret Member can go into the Forum and read the articles, whether or not you are a member of the challenge.
