Bulking ain't easy especially bulking on low fats and alot of whole foods... 5.8 oz chicken In the pressure cooker, 350g sweet potatoes cut into fries In Air fryer, 43 g broiled asparagus and 284g broiled brussel sprouts. This plate was piled high !!! 832 calories. Now to go crush the weights, Let's go!!

thanks D ! it was good I'm stuffed though and still have more to eat tonight I did alot of extra walking today I already passed 15k steps so I should really eat a bit extra and not just my post workout greek yogurt with protein powder.

Everything on your plate has protein in it. I actually ate a full pound of roasted Brussel spouts for lunch today (225 calories). There is no way I will feel hunger before dinner at 9 tonight.

Vegans can eat a LOT for very little calories. They can eat everything in your picture except for the chicken, and still get a ton of protein, fiber and nutrients. I don't know why people think it's so hard! I am never, ever hungry 😀

JustBananas absolutely!! If it weren't for all the filling low cal high nutrient veggies I eat I would have never gotten to where I am now. Feeling fairly full at least most of the time even when in a deficit was the only saving grace

Fritzy 22 thanks your missing out thw air fryer is amazing we use it daily I can't imagine cooking without it anymore. I'm aure there will be some awesome black Friday deals on them might be worth checking out
