Just got back from the doctor for my first physical in about 10 years. now its time to get physical in the home gym, I'll start with some laps up and down the climbing rope using my arms only.. doc was happy I am down significantly in weight since last time I was there plus my Blood pressure was 110 over 68 I guess thats good I dont know this stuff but the nurse was all giddy about it! I checked all the good boxes with non smoker / non drinker, exercise regularly, weight in check, good BP and pulse etc . You know the ones most people lie to them about 😄

Please tell me you went for the blood draw, too! If your BP was that low and perfect this time, you should definitely ask them what it was 10 years ago. I can't wait to hear what your cholesterol and A1C show! Such an incentive to eat healthy and exercise. 💚🏃🏻‍♂️. And I bet your kids climb and swing on that rope all the time. Do you normally use it without gloves? Rope splinters are awful.

JustBananas yes they did the blood work right in the office. they switched record systems so anything past 10 years they don't have I'm sure mine is closer to 17 years for college admission or something like that I can ask what my BP was 2 years ago though apparently I went there for a sinus infection I could not get to go away after I had covid the first time. I was 191 pounds at that time apparently. and as far as the rope climb I always do it bare handed my hands are like one giant callus I feel nothing haha . I think thw rope might be my kids favorite toy in the whole house they swing on it constantly

StormsGirl thanks 😊 that's the garage part of the home gym with my climbing wall and rope climb. All the wroghts and cardio equipment is in the basement. Currently making some big changes and expanding the gym to make it even better. Been working on it most of the day.
