Pleased that weight loss is still holding for this morning. 224.6. Would love for it to be down to 224.3 2m0 so it’ll be a 1.5-lb loss for Thanksgiving week! I’d be more than happy about that, but I’m thankful for the fact that there’s any loss at all for a week that I have been apprehensive about for months. It’s a shame that I have to be “afraid” of the holidays, because of that Easter that sent me on a one-year binge. Maybe after a few more successful holidays I’ll be more confident that I can make it through unscathed.
