Proof that I actually workout my upper body hahaha heres a neutral grip pull up with an extra 80 lbs of plates on my belt only did 1 lol. I was able to do 1 regular grip with 70 lbs also...keep progressing everyone. PS in Feb I could only do 2 pull ups. We all start somewhere...consistency, dedication and time = results the process is not quick keep at it 👍

Great job btw. After all my working out, I still cannot do a real push-up. Irritates the life out of me. I kind of gave up trying. No brainer why I still can’t do one.😜

wifey9707 sounds like a good goal to start going for!! I gave Mrs OTB a goal of being able to do 1 real pull up by the tough mudder in May.

I can't do a pull up to save my life! I try n try but not happening..just don't have that kind of strength...

Way to go! I can do one body weight pull up and want to do more but the trainer won't let me. I wonder if he thinks it is hard on my elbow joints but I should ask him why. Not now though as I have been out of the gym 2 1/2 weeks so I just need to get back at it and focus on lifting my basics.

Supergainz1 that's a great question and I don't really know right now. At the end of October it was 14. But since then everything has been weighted. I'm up to 10 reps with 25lbs if that helps trying to figure it out

Diana 1234 dont feel bad most of the population can't do one either. It's definitely the most difficult body weight exercise well dips too lol. My wife goal for may is to be able to do one pull up we will see if she can get it done. We put the barbell on the rack about half way up and she puta her feet out in front of her and pulls up from their
