Just under 158 pounds in both pictures May vs today ... the scale isnt everything!! Keep grinding everyone 💪

Supergainz1 thanks man appreciate it and your right it's pretty awesome having that verification especially when you take into account that I lost 42.5 pounds in the 4 months prior to the first picture and then it took 7 months and a whole hell of alot of work to make the changes between those 2 pictures!!

ginome thanks 😊 it's definitely not the best pose for a side by side comparison to really see what I've been able to accomplish but I tried matching the same body position as the first pic as best as I could.

When I look at these, I don’t think “bigger” so much as I think “much stronger” and “more durable”. Really good job man! Wrist and neck show you measure progress in body weight multiples.
