Put it to work and hit a new 1 rep max squat of 275lbs 1 step closer to the 2x body weight squat 💪

You are so right on the eggs. I am having some this morning because I was naughty and ate some of the Christmas goodies my daughter and I made so I need some good old protein!

Well I put that mega stack to work and tried for some squat Max's and was able to hit 275 lbs ... getting closer to that 2 x body weight goal and hitting that 3 plate squat!! Its weird squats are the one exercise that a 1 rep max calculator is so off its not even funny for me everything else is always pretty close. I was able to do 225 for 18 a few days ago that would allegedly be 360 lb 1 rep max it's been this way since I started lifting.

wifey9707 i know didn't take yours like that at all and the others are just plain hilarious to me that somehow posting that on here made them feel better about themselves. some people live very sad lives. next time I will have to add a few extra slices i just looked at my weight history and I haven't gone up in a week.

what kind of bread are you using? I have not found one with that few carbs for a full slice. Any help would be greatful. its the one thing I miss

Mako Marc I use 100 percent whole wheat bread. This one was Sarah Lee but they are all pretty close to the same calorie and carb counts for that variety of bread
