Indulged in another half slice of Franklin Nut Cake yesterday. Glad I'll be taking it out of the house today! Just too much temptation. I'm still planning to have one small piece of fudge each day (only 110 calories). I know a lot of people don't allow ANY sweets in their WOE, but that just doesn't work for me - I do great for a few weeks, then I go totally off the rails and stay derailed for months at a time.

Weight up a tad this morning, but that always happens when I reach a lower number - it goes back up for a couple days before going back down again. After six months of weighing every day, I'm used to the fluctuations and they don't cause me to get upset and throw in the towel, PTL!

Ok, Tuesday is errand day! Time to get moving.
